Three cuts, three prices
The cut is the only thing that changes from one price to the next. Each cut comes with the same green signature sauce, created with a Michelin-starred chef. If you would rather have the truffle sauce, it costs €2 more.
What is unlimited?
The fries (frites) are unlimited. Every plate also comes with:
- green signature sauce
- fresh salad
- mashed potatoes (purée)
Still hungry? Ask for more fries whenever you like.
Opening hours
- Monday to Thursday and Sunday: 12 pm to 11 pm.
- Friday and Saturday: 12 pm to 11:30 pm.
There is no break between lunch and dinner on any day, which helps if sightseeing has you eating at odd hours.

The address is 8 rue Coquillière, 75001 Paris, in the 1st arrondissement.
- RER A, B and D: Châtelet–Les Halles station.
- Metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14: Châtelet station, exit 7.
Direct trains, no change: RER A from La Défense, Gare de Lyon and Nation; RER B from Gare du Nord and Denfert-Rochereau; RER D from Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon.

Yes. On Sunday the kitchen serves nonstop from 12 pm to 11 pm.
